I was really impressed by the stories in February’s challenge (read them here), and now it’s time for our third flash fiction draw!
Here’s the video of me choosing the cards. You can tell it was recorded live by my reaction. This card choice is a doozy, and I’m dying to see what you’ll all come up with!
Closed captions are available for this video:
You have until Monday March 9 (2 p.m. EDT) to submit your stories. Please add a link to your stories in the comments section of this post. And if you’re done sooner, you can comment sooner!
I’ll write a summary post later that day and highlight the stories that have come in.
Happy wording!
Cheers!

Hey Cait! Thanks for the new prompt, it led me to some interesting places! I enjoy reading a good mystery (a la Dan Brown) and I am hoping mine is okay! https://www.deviantart.com/chocolatestarfire/art/The-Disappearance-832906476

Here’s mine! Based a little on a version of a little Kansas farm town about 40 miles west of here: https://authorjeffbaker.com/2020/03/08/the-adventure-of-the-open-field-mystery-and-murder-for-the-march-flash-fiction-draw-challenge-by-jeff-baker-march-9-2020/
