With My Kind to be included in Stargazers: Microtales from the Cosmos

Earlier this year, I saw a call for submissions from AE Science Fiction, asking authors to write microfiction with a “stars” theme. I’d never written anything with a cap of 200 words before but really got excited by the challenge.

And now, my story, With My Kind, is going to be in the anthology, Stargazers: Microtales from the Cosmos.

(It was pretty squeeful to see this tweet today:)

They are thrilled to feature my story, and I’m thrilled to be in this anthology, so WHOOT!

With My Kind is my second short work of fiction to be published that features a disabled protagonist. And the response from the editor was so lovely. I’m stoked!

Their Kickstarter is currently active, and they’ve met their goal, but it would still be awesome if you’d consider supporting this work of speculative fiction. They have stretch goals, too!

Thanks to AE Science Fiction and to my readers for your encouragement and support!
