Tales from the Crip

Welcome to my own-voices poetry and short stories. This is a place where I write stuff without aliens and explore some of my experiences as a person who manages invisible and visible disabilities. I like to say if the writing is not true, it’s at least 95% true, or based on true feelings. Enjoy!

Crip is a slur that some of us with disabilities have taken back for our empowerment. If we own this term, then nobody can hurt us with it.
